Returns & Refund Policy

All Levitect products are custom-fabricated to order. This policy reflects the nature of bespoke production while ensuring fairness and transparency.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed, it enters production scheduling and cannot be modified or canceled.
If production has not yet started, Levitect may approve a cancellation at its discretion:

  • Online payments may be refunded minus processing fees
  • Cash payments may be refunded minus administrative costs

Levitect reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen production or supply constraints. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Returns & Exchanges
Custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange. Clients are responsible for reviewing all specifications before confirming an order.

Manufacturing Defects
A product may be considered defective if it:

  • Has structural or surface damage affecting functionality or appearance
  • Cannot be properly installed or used as intended

The following are not considered defects:

  • Minor surface variations inherent to fabrication
  • Adjustable or correctable installation tolerances
  • Marks on non-visible surfaces
  • Packaging damage or missing generic accessories

Resolution Process
If a defect is confirmed, Levitect will determine the appropriate solution, including repair, replacement, or re-fabrication.

For international orders, alternative solutions may be provided without requiring product return.

Reporting Issues
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period may be considered post-installation or accidental damage.
