Returns & Refund Policy

At Levitect, all products are fabricated to order. For this reason, our return and refund policy is structured to reflect the custom nature of our work while ensuring fairness and transparency.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, it is scheduled for fabrication and cannot be canceled or modified.
However, if production has not yet started, Levitect may, at its discretion, approve a cancellation. In such cases:

  • Online payments may be refunded minus payment processing fees
  • Cash payments may be refunded minus applicable administrative or logistics costs

Levitect reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen production or supply constraints. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.


Returns & Exchanges

Levitect does not offer exchanges or returns for custom-made items. Clients are responsible for reviewing dimensions, materials, finishes, and specifications before confirming an order.

We strongly encourage clients to contact us prior to ordering if additional clarification, drawings, or technical details are required.

Refunds are issued only if a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, as defined below.


Manufacturing Defects

A product may be considered defective if:

  • It has visible structural or surface damage that affects functionality or intended appearance
  • It arrives in a condition that prevents proper installation or use

The following are not considered defects:

  • Minor surface marks or variations inherent to metal fabrication
  • Slight bends or adjustments that can be corrected during installation
  • Marks on non-visible surfaces
  • Packaging damage
  • Missing generic installation accessories
  • Issues resolved through a permanent corrective solution

Resolution Process

If a defect is confirmed, Levitect will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or re-fabrication of the affected part.

For international orders, returns may not be feasible. In such cases, a replacement or corrective solution will be arranged without requiring the return of the item.


Reporting Issues

Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may be considered accidental or post-installation damage.
