These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Levitect’s website and services. By requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

• Products & Services
  Levitect specializes in custom-fabricated products. All items are made to order based on approved drawings, specifications, and material selections. Due to the custom nature of fabrication, slight variations in finish, texture, and color may occur.

 

• Orders & Approval
  Orders are confirmed only after written approval of all drawings and specifications, along with any required advance payment. Clients are fully responsible for verifying all approved details prior to production.

 

• Pricing & Payments
  Payment terms are defined in each quotation. Levitect reserves the right to suspend or delay production in the event of late payment.

 

• Lead Time & Delivery
  Estimated lead times are provided in good faith and may vary depending on material availability, customization complexity, and external conditions.

 

• Warranty
  Levitect provides a limited warranty covering fabrication defects, as specified in the quotation. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, normal wear, environmental conditions, or third-party modifications.

 

• Liability
  Levitect shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability, if applicable, is strictly limited to the value of the supplied product or service.

 

• Intellectual Property
  All designs, drawings, and technical studies developed by Levitect remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

• Governing Law
  These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent Lebanese courts.
