Products & Services

Levitect specializes in custom-fabricated metal and wood products. All items are made to order based on client specifications, approved drawings, dimensions, and material selections. Due to the custom nature of our work, variations in finish, texture, and color may occur and are considered normal.

Orders & Approval

Orders are confirmed only after written approval of quotations, drawings, or specifications, and receipt of any required advance payment. Clients are responsible for verifying all approved details before production begins. Levitect is not liable for errors approved by the client.

Pricing & Payments

Payment terms will be specified in the quotation. Production may be paused or delayed in case of late payments.

Lead Time & Delivery

Estimated lead times are provided in good faith and may vary due to material availability, customization complexity, or external factors. 

Returns & Cancellations

As Levitect products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once fabrication has started, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects attributable to Levitect.

Warranty

Levitect provides a limited warranty covering fabrication defects for a specified period, as outlined in the quotation. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, normal wear, environmental conditions, or third-party modifications.

Images & Visual References

All images displayed on the Levitect website are sourced from Pinterest and are used strictly for inspiration and reference purposes. These images do not represent finished products by Levitect unless explicitly stated. Final fabricated items may differ from reference images based on engineering requirements, material availability, fabrication methods, and site conditions.

Liability

Levitect shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the supplied product or service.

Intellectual Property

All original designs, drawings, technical studies, and content produced by Levitect remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party reference images remain the property of their respective owners.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through competent courts with appropriate jurisdiction.
